With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Anne McCarthy (Charlotte, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 3, 2025 at the age of 79. She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis M Ryan and Mary Ryan; her brother James Ryan; her sister-in-law Shirley Ryan; and her grandfather Edward Ryan.
She is survived by: her husband James McCarthy; her son Shawn Levi McCarthy; her sister-in-law Kathleen Kiellman; her nephews, Alan and Dan Ryan; her cousins, Jane Smith Gorman and Sam Smith; and her friends, Virginia Hendrickson, Ron Petty and Sondra Petty.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Pray Funeral Home (401 W Seminary St, Charlotte, MI 48813). A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Maple Hill Cemetery (801 Tully Brown Dr, Charlotte, MI 48813).
