He was predeceased by: his parents, Carlton Francis and Daisy Francis; his wife Janet Francis; and his brother Duane Francis. He is survived by: his partner Beverley Black; his children, Chris Francis (Danielle), Mark Francis (Renee), Raymond Francis, Diane Mapes (Paul) and Travis Black (Jennifer); and his brother Gilbert Francis. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
