She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Houghtaling and Marion Houghtaling (Goodrich); her siblings, Elva Ostrander, Francis Houghtaling (Nadine) and George Houghtaling (Louise); and her brother-in-law Chris Rauh.

She is survived by: her husband Rev. Arthur Salisbury; her children, Arvid Salisbury (Katie) and Arla Barnhill (Lee); her grandchildren, Jenica Lawrence, Astin Salisbury, Brock Salisbury, Cody Barnhill and MaLeesha Wilmoth; and her sister Isabel Rauh. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
