He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph and Bernice Haley (Woodman); and his siblings, Joseph Haley, Eleanor Spotts and Joanne Mol.
He is survived by: his wife Gaynell Ruth Wonser; his children, Michael Lynn Haley, Mitchell Louis Haley and Debra Sue Cathey; his grandchildren, Lee M. Haley, Heather M. Haley, Daniel A. Haley, Jeremy Cathey and Amanda Isaacs (Michael); his great grandchildren, Brianna, Tyler, Alexander, Natalie, Sierra and Sidney; and his siblings, James "Bud" Haley, John Haley (Pat), Michael Haley (Carolyn), Josephine Roberts, Larry Clouse, Ken Clouse, Kay Humphrey and Linda Smith.
