He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila Palmiter; his parents, Bernice Paquet and Robert Palmiter; and his siblings, Mary Catherine Ryan and Ron Palmiter.
He is survived by: his sister Roberta Lott; his daughters, Angela, Nina and Theresa; his stepdaughter Jodi; his son Paul; and his grandchildren, Brandon H, Britnie, Briana, Christine, Jessica, Matthew, Kevin, Micheal, Ryan, Truman, Robin, Brandon and Samantha. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
