He is survived by: his wife Pam; his son Tony; his daughter-in-law Shannon Appelman; his daughter Cassie; his son-in-law Matt Heinze; his grandchildren, Kaelyn, Madi, Andrew, Brock, Brandon and Braxton; and his sister Karla Terpening.
