With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jerry Cords (Charlotte, Michigan), who passed away on August 25, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Cords and Florence Cords (Boyd); his wife Marilyn Serrels; his grandchildren, Paige Cords and JC Cords; and his brother Lonnie Cords.

He is survived by: his sons, Loyd Cords (Angie), John Cords (Sherry) and Seth Cords (Jill); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Cody (Samantha), Blaine and Allison Cords; his great grandchildren, Jake and Delilah Crowner; and his siblings, Terry Cords (Emma) and Connie Hiatt (Jim).

If desired, the family suggests memorial contributions to The Paige Cords Memorial Fund to benefit local 4-H and FFA projects.
