She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wesley and Dorothy Jones (Haley); her daughter Rebecca A. Purkiss Wood McShane; and her sister Deann Kelly. She is survived by: her children, Jack Purkiss (Vickie) of Cadillac, Dale Purkiss (Teresa) of Lake City and Penny S. Purkiss of Holt; and her brothers, Quinn Jones (Shari) of Carsonville and Paul Jones of Peck. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
