He is survived by: his wife Martha Boltz; his children, Laura Bulson (Greg), James Miller (Pam), Mark Miller, Mary Miller-Strobel (Ron) and Christine Miller; his grandchildren, Ben and Helen; his siblings, Gladys, Harvey, Ward, Dorothy, William and Phyllis; and his pet Gizmo. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
