He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Barnes; his sons, Lewis Decker (Kathy) of Spring Hill, TN and Steve R. Decker (Janet) of Spring Hill, TN; his grandchildren, Shantel A. Decker-Fulton, Amber N. Kaylor, Lisa M. Decker and Lizz Thurber; and his great grandchildren, Alec Scott of Savanah Scott, Ala, Hudson Fulton, Alli Kaylor, Jewels Kaylor, Magnolia Kaylor, Aubrey McCabe and Willow Thurber.
