He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe McDonald and Bessie McDonald (Rogers); and his siblings, Clara Belle and Leon. He is survived by: his sons, Harold Jr. and Steven; his wife Vera; his sister Hazel Whitford Bowen Smith; and also Harold Brown. He is also survived by four grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren.
