It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emily Janice Newton of Charlotte, Michigan, born in Sault Sainte Marie, Michigan, who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ephraim Newcomb and Gertrude Newcomb (McKelvie). She is survived by: her children, Dave Newton (Christine) of Covington, LA and Debra Satterfield of Laverne, OK; and her sister-in-law Kathy Newcomb. She is also survived by three grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
