He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lyle Whaley and Beulah Whaley (Shepherd); his wife Sharon Whaley (Chaddock); his children, Marcus Whaley (Kelley) and Dawn Hayes (Timothy); his grandchildren, Hunter Hayes, Vincent Hayes and Michael Whaley; his great grandchild Leona Whaley; and his brothers, Richard Whaley (Diane) and Douglas Whaley (Vicky). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In honor of Duane's memory, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
