He was predeceased by: his parents, Leman Cogswell and Thelma Cogswell (Diamond); and his brothers, Richard and Gary Cogswell. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Tammy Crandell (Daniel), Dawn Andrews, Donald Todd Cogswell and Bill Andrews (Sara); and his pets, Pier and Romeo. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.
