He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Wells and Marianna Wells. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, David Wells (Jodie), Matt Wells (Julie) and Jamie Wells; and his siblings, Dennis Wells (Donna), Jack Wells (Dorleen) and Joyce Bristol. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
