He is survived by: his wife Paula Ann Milliman; his children, Kirk Richmond (Becky) and Misty Starr; his grandchildren, Brandon Currin, Amber Currin, Paige Richmond and Jordan Hisler (Ty); and his great grandchild Preslee Richmond.
