He is survived by: his wife Barbara Foster (Shaver); and his children, David Foster (Connie), Martin Foster (Kathy), Joe Wheeldon, William Stone (Beverly), Michael Stone (Elisabeth), Diane Wiley (John) and Toscha Klopp. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
