It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Daniel Dee Black Sr. of Charlotte, Michigan, born in Battle Creek, Michigan, who passed away on June 18, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thearon Black and Mary Black (Barrow); and his siblings, Diana Black, Betty Howard and John Black.
He is survived by: his wife Amelia Collette; his children, Daniel Black Jr. (LaDawn), Paul Black (Jennifer) and Tracy Smith (Randy); and his siblings, Thearon "Butch" Black, Rodney Black (Michelle) and Rosalie Thompson (Will). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
