He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Humphrey and Cora Humphrey (Melton); his former spouses, Julene Miller and Julene Humphrey; his granddaughter Angel Kay Humphrey; and his brothers, Marvin, Leon and Bruce Humphrey.

He is survived by: his wife Sandy McQueen; his great grandchildren, Kamryn, Cole Wilkes, Logan Barker and Conner Barker; his stepsons, Nicholas Truax and Christopher Truax; his stepgrandsons, Bill Emenhiser (Julee) and Michael Halliwill (Penny); and his sister-in-law Patricia Humphrey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
