He is survived by: his children, Tina Munro (Steve) of Onondaga, Jack Franks of Charlotte, Scott Franks (Margarita) of Memphis, TN, Renee Franks of Charlotte and Joy Franks of Charlotte; and his sister Margie Horstman (Jerry) of Barryton. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; 1 great grandchildren.
