He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Valley Rutter and Estella Rutter (Wright); his wife Marilyn; his children, Jacquelynn Rutter-Kwiatkowski, Jeffrey Rutter (Katie Collier) and James Rutter; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Stephanie Kwiatkowski and Alex Schneider; and his brothers, Vance and Victor Rutter.
