It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Harold Osenbaugh of Charlotte, Michigan, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on November 15, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Zenith Osenbaugh and Iva Osenbaugh (Woodbury); and his wife Judith Kay Pratt. He is survived by: his children, Judy Elaine Trailer (Edward Jr), Robert Wayne Osenbaugh (Robin), Frank Sherman Osenbaugh (Tammy), Harry LaVille Osenbaugh (Janette) and Cecil Harold Osenbaugh Jr.; and his brother John Snyder. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 26 great-grand-children; one great-great-grandchild.
