She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Horn and Amanda Horn (Schlabach); her husband Philip Lee Bursley; and her sisters, Merna Wolfe and Evelyn Mitchell.

She is survived by: her children, Jeff Bursley (Linda), Sandy Lampert (Greg) and Debbie Gothberg (Ken); and her close friend Norma Krontz. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
