He was predeceased by: his grandmother Christina Vaudrial; his parents, Margaret Croston and Melvin Gauthier; his brother Chuck Gauthier; and his grandson Ian Gauthier.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia MacDougall; his sons, Steve (Monica) and Michael (Madelyn); his half-siblings, Marleen Raffenaud and Melvin Gauthier; his grandchildren, Jessica, Hunter, River (Victoria), Carson (Madison), Savannah and Masen; his pet Toby; and also Bill Vaudrial. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
