She is survived by: her husband Rodney J. Hayward; her son Wayne Eubanks of Charlevoix; her grandchildren, Jamie and Brandon Eubanks; her great grandchild Dash Nimbus Eubanks; and her siblings, Eli, Wade Vires, Jodie and Debbie Vires. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
