With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Miner Veenstra of Charlevoix, Michigan, who passed away on February 4, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jacob Veenstra and Engberdena Veenstra; his wife Patsy Sitzema; his children, Todd Veenstra (Jill) of Saranac, MI, Jill Veenstra of Belmont, ME, Jodi Putman (Josh) of Big Rapids, MI and Matthew Veenstra; his grandsons, Ethan Veenstra (Morgan), Garret Veenstra, Alex Putman and James Veenstra; his great grandchild Hudson Veenstra; and his siblings, Flora Wynsma (Tom) of Atwood, MI, Jennie Vanderkieft of Grand Rapids, MI, Andrew Veenstra (Arlene) of Atwood, MI, Jacob Jr. (Jan) of Atwood, MI., Wilma, Gezina, Minnie and Paul.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be given to the Banks Township Fire Department or Ebenezer Christian School.
