It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margot Kane of Charlevoix, Michigan, who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Royal Lewis and Margaret Lewis (Birmingham); and her siblings, Charles Bauer, Larry Lewis, Clyde Lewis, Linda Hall, Kay Maranette and Carol Cronkite.

She is survived by: her husband Herbert Kane; her children, Susan Kane of Port Charlotte, FL, Barbie Schnackenberg (Randy) of Charlevoix, Rick Kane (Marlene) of Laingsburg, Mi and Milo Kane of Charlevoix; her grandchildren, Aaron Schnackenberg (Liz), Emma Kane, Hannah Kane, Jessica Galbraith (Ryan), Abigail Kane and Caitlyn Kane; and her great grandchildren, Henry and Nolan. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
