He is survived by: his wife Gayle; his children, Angela McBride (Travis), Travis Levengood and Caleb Levengood (Liz); his grandchildren, Linnea, Elle, Hugo and Eleanor; and his siblings, Pamela Bertelson (late Bob), Paul Levengood and Janet Miller (Tom). He is also survived by numerous loving siblings in law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
