He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Neill (Houlihan); and his brother-in-law Tex Whitlock. He is survived by: his father David Neill; his wife Susan Neill (Lince); his children, Bethany Hedgepath (Philip), Jacqueline Neill (Charles), Sean Neill (Danielle) and Austin Neill (Alyssa); his grandchildren, Abigail, Sophia, Cameron, Michael and Onyx; and his siblings, Barb Webster (Tom), John Neill, Stan Neill (Jane) and Don Neill (Terrie). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
