He is survived by: his wife Judy; his stepbrother Bill Miller of Amhurst, VA; his children, David Blake Miller (Patricia) of Suttons Bay and Stacie Ann Woods (Miller); and his grandchildren, Katherine Miller and Ashley Arp (Miller).
