He is survived by: his son Brad; his wife Cindy Trevillion; his nephew Brad Bergman; his stepchildren, Jessica Henson (Lambert) and Lacey LaMere (Lambert); his grandchildren, Brie, Hunter, Malachi, Kendra and Mackenzie; and his sisters, Carolynn Snell (Pietila) and Cora Crawford (Pietila).
