He was predeceased by: his parent Gladys Venn (Mukari); his former wife Joan Venn (Sirtola); his daughters, Susan Fields and Patty Venn; his son-in-law Jerry Fields; and his siblings, Paul Venn, Rosemary Venn, Bernice Usitalo and Lois Ringuette (Robert LaForge).
He is survived by: his parent Camille Venn; his wife Sharon Burnette-Venn of Ishpeming; his children, Judy Venn (Steven Antilla) of Republic, Penny Miettinen of Republic, Robert Venn Jr. of Republic and Ray Rosten (Dana) of Clinton, IL; his sister Lillian Starkey of Ishpeming; his siblings-in-law, Dianne Sirtola Donna Venn, Darlene Chrysler of Brighton and Ernie Piirto of Negaunee; his grandchildren, Suzy Prodell, Robert Fields, Hilary Venn (Mike Stampee), Elizabeth, Kelsey, Paige Kuppin, Andrew, Brian (Sam) and Timothy Rosten; and his great grandchildren, Tyler Argall, Tanner Westphal, Melinda Perry and Leslie Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
