Lee Tonge Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lee Tonge of Champion, Michigan, born in Ishpeming, Michigan, who passed away on January 20, 2021 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria Mildred (Hebert) and Bill Tonge; his brother Bill Tonge Jr.; and his nephew Erik Kinnunen. He is survived by: his wife Dana S. Tonge (Brazeau); his children, Daniel Tonge (Heather), Kristie Carpenter (Jonathan) and Katie Tonge (Tyler Martinac); his stepchildren, Deanna LaCosse (Matt), Debbi Marizzaldi (Marc) and Derek Frisk (Lisa); his grandchildren, Nathan, Carter LaCosse, Lyla, Claire Marizzaldi, Elaine Frisk, Josh, Ben Carpenter, Aria and Hayden Martinac; his brothers, Larry Tonge (Claudia), Dennis Tonge (Lisa), Lonnie Tonge and Jack Tonge (Debbie); and his mother-in-law Barbara Rovedo. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many close friends and co-workers.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, those attending the visitation must adhere to the wearing of masks and social distancing while at the funeral home.
