He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Ruth Fair (Kropp) and James Fair; his parents-in-law, Gordon Oberle (Betty) and Patricia Demarest (Leo); his brothers, Gary Fair and Jimmy Fair; his brothers-in-law, Don Eggleston and Lauren Oberle; and his granddaughter Everleigh Vera Marie Fair.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Fair; his children, Lissa Fair, Tammy Hendrickson (Jason) and John Fair; his sister Myrna Eggleston; his siblings-in-law, Gayle Rogers, Arlene House, Ellen Spargo, Louisa Clasman, Merry Watts, Josephine Fuller and Louis Oberle (Krystal); and his grandchildren, Tristin Franklin, Austin Fair, Skyler Franklin, Caitlyn Hendrickson, Chandler Galor, Kylie Johnson and Remie Fair. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
