He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Loraine (Anderson) and Frank Leonard Maki Sr.; his brother Peter Maki; his nieces, Sarah and Stephanie; and his nephew Vincent.
He is survived by: his wife Christy Aljets-Maki of Republic; his sons, Chad Maki (Clair) and Benjamin Maki (Samantha); his stepsons, Jeremiah Rossland (Jessica) and Timothy Rossland; his grandchildren, Braylinn, Broden, Rebecca, Ariel, Selah, Memphis, Daisy, Beau, Jessie and Cooter; his siblings, Gary Maki (Lisa) and Kimberly Maki; and his pet Ernie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
