She was predeceased by: her parents, Jewel Waters and Margaret Waters (Peterson); her daughter Shari Linn Chaney; and her sisters, Betty, Gloria and Barb.

She is survived by: her husband Garry R. Chaney; her son Craig Chaney (Kathy); her grandchildren, Megan Moss (Jacob), Dylan Chaney (Kerri) and Maria Chaney; her great grandchildren, Riley Moss and Natalie Chaney; and her brother Richard "Dick" Waters.

Memorials are suggested to the Fredonia Holiness Church.
