It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Lee Belt (Ceresco, Michigan), born in Battle Creek, Michigan, who passed away on March 22, 2018, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sister Rebecca Porter. She is survived by: her parents, Robert Brown and Patricia Brown (Mapes); her sister Becky; her husband Danny Belt; her children, Jessica Goodrich (Harlan) of Charlotte and Geoffrey Belt (Morgan) of Battle Creek; her siblings, Leslie Brown (Lynn Shafer) and Bryan Brown (Wade Handrich); her siblings-in-law, Patricia Brown and Larry Porter; her nephews, Carlo Porter, Ben Porter, Richard Porter and Will Shafer; her niece Elyse Donahue (Eric); and her great-nephews, Shawn Donahue and Dylan Donahue. She is also survived by her husband for their good times together and the family they built; her children for her endless supply of nurturing, unconditional love and pride for them always, and; her granddaughters.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Mary School where all three of her currently granddaughters attend.
