He is survived by: his wife Judy Wortinger; his daughter Lori Cupp-Ingersoll (Chris); his grandchildren, Jarrett (Chelsea) and Bailey (Stacy); his son Jake Hagelgans (Pam); his grandchildren, Kylan Eldridge (Kyle) and Jacy Hettig (Caleb); his daughter Tammy Miller (Barry); his grandchildren, Savannah, Brady and Trevor; his child Jeni Martinson (David); his grandchildren, Cameron, John and Jade; his daughter Cindy Munn (Cory); his grandchildren, Courteney, MaKayla, Aiden and Ila; his great grandchildren, Paisley, Isabelle Cupp, Abel, Owen Eldridge and Greyson Cupp; and his sister Rosann Harmon of Three Rivers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
