She was predeceased by: her parents, George F. Westphal and Carlie Allene Westphal (Smith); and her siblings, Charles, Harry, Burton, Loren Dean, Robert, Mary, Helen, Anna Mae, Evelyn and Joyce (Stanley Coats).
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Spiech of Centreville; her grandchildren, Tonya Newman, Candace Riddle, Cecilia Newman, Cecil Newman and Steven Spiech; her great grandchildren, Dustin, Courtney, Trey, Zachary, Mckenzie, Aleena, Camren, Jade, Miya and Sophia; her great great grandchildren, Everleigh and Ezra; and her sister Marie Cleveland of Marcellus. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be directed to any Hospice of donor's choice.
