He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spencer and Betty Spencer (Bickel). He is survived by: his daughter Stacey Albert (Tom) of Elkhart; his granddaughters, Crystal Albert and Cara Menzie (Dylan); and his brothers, William Spencer (Maria), Tom Spencer (Cindy) and Ray Spencer (Susan). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
