He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill Wragg and Kathryn Wragg (Cummings); and his brother Richard Wragg. He is survived by: his wife Pat Wragg of Centreville; his children, Kathy Bingaman (Doug) of Three Rivers, Jean Zarza (Steve) of Sturgis, Lori Barczak (Steve) of Three Rivers, Tom McNamara (Stephanie) of Portage and Matt McNamara (Michelle) of Centreville; and his grandchildren, Jason Bingaman (JayCe), Jeff Bingaman (Brooke), Jennifer Hoelscher (Pat), Jade Johnson (Ryan), Alex Milliman (Sarah), Tommy McNamara, Zachary Milliman, Coleman Zarza, Jacob Milliman, Shawn McNamara, Gavin McNamara, Bradley McNamara, Samuel LaValle, Abby McNamara, Sy Taylor and Titus Taylor. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
