He is survived by: his wife Shirley Loper of Lowell; his children, Dietra Loper of Georgia, Daniel Loper of Georgia and Randy Loper (Mary) of Georgia; his stepchildren, Karl Higgins (Debbie) of Middleville and Denise Oesch (Ken) of Saranac; and his sisters, Judy Loper of Central Lake, Norma Loper of Traverse City and Nancy Albend (Al) of Florida.
