It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Watters of Central Lake, Michigan, born in Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on October 8, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Watters and Frances Watters Neville; his siblings, Patricia Friot and Timothy Watters; and his brother-in-law John Aaron.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah J. Watters (Deford); his children, Daniel Watters (Michelle) of Frankenmuth, Sarah M. Gilbert of Bay City and Joshua Watters (Raeann) of Bay City; his grandchildren, Azaria Gonzales, Anthony Gonzales (Alexandria), Adam Watters, Matthias Watters, Michael Miller, Celise Miller, Colton Watters and Charles Watters; his great grandchild Anthony Gonzales III; his sister Sandra Aaron; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Watters, Cheryl Mielke (Bill), Lori Brown and David DeFord (Sue). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
