He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde LaPeer and Harriet LaPeer (Smith); his wife Bonnie LaPeer; his sisters, Caroline Petrie and Irene Brooks; and his sister-in-law Isabell LaPeer.
He is survived by: his children, Laurie Hischer (Kevin) of Central Lake and Casey LaPeer (Jessica) of Central Lake; his grandchildren, Brandon, Alexis, Dylan, Collette, Kelsey, Lizzy, Makenzie and Ariella; his great grandchildren, Sora, Chase, Matthew, Aurora, Gunner and Hudson; and his stepsisters, Pauline Hoogerhyde (Bud) of Central Lake and Betty Watros of Central Lake.
