Lauderdale, FL, Daniel Van Houten (Rachel) of Acme, Dawn Van Houten of Traverse City, Ken Van Houten (LaShelle) of Central Lake, Jill McKay (Rocky) of Central Lake, Destiny Narloch (Joel) of Oxford and Desmond Van Houten (Rachel) of Appleton, WI; and his grandchildren, Adam Van Houten (Beth), Nathan Van Houten, Justin Van Houten, Josh Van Houten (Haley), Kirk McKay, Kyle McKay and Tracy Maza (Qito). He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
