He is survived by: his children, Tammy Marie Sage Forrest (Joseph) of Grand Haven and Jack Leon Sage; his grandchildren, Zoie Forrest, Madison Sage, Isabella Forrest (Izzy) and Alexandra Baylis; his siblings, Gary Sage (Carolyn), Randy Sage (Lee) and Kay Eileen of Central Lake, MI.; and his nieces, Tina Ackler (Dale) and Jenny Benda (Jason).
