She was predeceased by: her parents, Elston Fullmer and Grace Fullmer (Smith); her husband John Brookins; her son Lewis Brookins; her grandchildren, John Brookins, Tyler Czykoski and Virginia Stanton; and her siblings, Leonard Fullmer and Grace Lucille Morris.
She is survived by: her children, David Brookins (Kathy) of Ellsworth, Elston Brookins (Linda), Nelson Brookins (Lorna) of Central Lake, Anna Simonson (Barry) of Central Lake, Sandra Brookins of Clinton Township, MI, Marsha Ferrell (Thomas) of Mesa, AZ and Philip Brookins (Tamyra) of Central Lake; her grandchild Many; her sister Barbara Nordquist (Al); and her sisters-in-law, Joan Fullmer and Jan Brookins of Onaway. She is also survived by Many great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren.
