He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cunningham and Emily Cunningham (Williams); his sister-in-law Karen Cunningham; and his nephews, Rusty and Lee Cunningham.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Ann Allen; and his children, Tina DeForest (Tad) of Central Lake, Angela Fitzpatrick (Darryl), Gary Cunningham of Gainsville, FL, Mickey Cunningham (Alina) of Central Lake and Heidi Smith (Clint) of Monroe, FL. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
