He was predeceased by: his parents, Rance Halladay and Opal Halladay (DeForest); his wife Gloria Welch; and his siblings, Robert Halladay and Tootsie Halladay.
He is survived by: his children, Ronna Whetstone (Rex) of Westland, David Jr. Halladay (Kimberly) of Central Lake and Lana Poe (Rick) of Owenton, KY; and his sisters, Anna Sidor, Marilyn Barber of Central Lake and Joyce Matkin. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
