He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Chellis and Goldie Chellis (Wiltse); his sons, Travis Chellis (Julie) of Ellsworth and Shane Chellis (Tana) of Ellsworth; and his siblings, Steve Chellis (Thelma) of Ellsworth and Nadine Sage (David) of Kentucky. He was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mortensen Funeral Homes (2333 S Main St, Central Lake, MI 49622). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
